The first Ultrasonic Clear Label Sensor with OLED graphic display for monitoring sensor performance. Designed into the sensor are all the Ease-of-Use characteristics that have made TRI-TRONICS' sensors so well known in the industry.

Ultrasonic technology coupled with digital signal processing makes the detection of clear and opaque labels on clear or opaque backing material easy. The introduction of the OLED graphic display in place of simple indicator lights offers the user has an unprecedented view of the sensor's performance, options, program modes, and helpful simple instructions never before offered in a clear label sensor. A stainless steel removable gap plate and anodized aluminum housing makes this sensor rugged. Setup is fast with one press of a button for the label and one press for the label gap.

ADVANCED DIAGNOSTICS
Dual numerical OLED display provides feedback of current signal strength, threshold value, option status during normal operation. Sensor perameters, options and program modes are displayed during setup. You can even monitor performance with our unique Sensor Scope or view the quick reference.

MULITPLE SETUP MODES
Sensor can be setup under dynamic conditons where label matereial is moving through the gap or in a static state where control over material indexing is available.

AUTO ADJUST
applications were sensing conditions are changing due to dusty enviroments or material thickness is varing, auto adjust will automaticly adjust the sensor to the right setting.

TIMERS
Four timer modes are offered as Advanced Options. This feature provides users with the option to condition the output specifically for the application requirement.
Off Delay: Extends the Output Time.
On Delay: Extends the Input Time.
One Shot: Provides a defined Output "On" Time.
Debounce: Provides an Anti-Chatter timer.

DIAGNOSTIC INDICATORS
